The current problems of the personal level development determination

The article reveals the problems of general secondary education school (GSES) graduate’s personal development. essence term «personality», its place in pedagogy, compared development personality from a biological perspective and pedagogical science are analyzed. It is emphasized that formation students as highly developed provided by conditions construction New Ukrainian School state educational standards. Therefore, process reforming assumes during acquisition both subject competencies, native criteria for determining competencies studied. These studies have revealed existence different approaches to assessment but level competence does not indicate student personality.
